betPOS is the retail channel to WAGERplayer, allowing ease of operation for customers (unmanned terminals) and betting terminal operators (manned terminals) alike. Using the betPOS terminals, customers and betting terminal operators are able to easily and quickly access all horse racing and sports wagering information along with all standard wager types. Allowing for both cash and account-based customers, betPOS is a fully-integrated solution with the other WAGERplayer channels, for example, call-centre and internet, allowing any activity that has occurred on any channel to be instantly visible on the others.
betPOS applications are built on industry-standard technology, allowing it to work with virtually any Windows or Linux-based stations. This gives the operator flexibility with regards to the hardware components that can be used in conjunction with it, and endless possibilities of other services that the terminal could provide. Place a wager, top-up your phone or book a flight. Rather than having proprietary stations specifically for the wagering application, the operator can use a single unit for any service they care to provide in their outlet.
